The first part of each hearing featured invited testimony from distinguished experts in school finance. Public testimony was taken after expert witnesses had concluded. Approximately 150 people testified before the Task Force. The testimony ranged from experts in school finance and tax structure to superintendents, principals, teachers and parents.
