State Representative Armando Walle, MALC Treasurer was first elected to represent HD 140 (Houston) in 2008. He serves as a member of the House Appropriations, Administration, and Natural Resources Committees. He received his degree in Political Science from the University of Houston and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. In 2020, he was named one of the COVID-19 Czars for Harris County.
