State Representative Bobby Guerra was first elected to represent HD 41 (Mission) in 2012. He is the Vice-Chair of the Public Health Committee and serves as a member of the Ways & Means and Local & Consent Calendars Committees. He graduated from Pan American University with a double degree in Biology and Chemistry and received his law degree from Texas Southern University Law School; he has practiced law for 30 years.
