State Representative J.M. Lozano was first elected to represent HD 43 (Kingsville) in 2010. He is the Vice-Chair of the House Public Education Committee and is also a member of the Transportation Committee. He received his degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Incarnate Word.
