Lorraine Garcia is from Pampa, TX, a small town in the Texas Panhandle. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2014, she returned to Texas and worked in politics for several years. Currently, she’s set to graduate from Texas A&M School of Law in May 2021.
